Over the weekend i was not able to work out in the gym. and with the last two weeks seeming like finals weeks i was only able to go once a day. but now hopefully everything has slowed down so that i can get back to my two a days. missing out on my two a days i think is taking something out of me. it like my body got used to working out twice a day, and it knows when i take time off. on the weekends i usually take my time off anyway. thats because i am on the road almost every weekend. my leisure goal is very important to me and taking days off is not what i want to do.
