Over this past week and weekend i did not do much to meet my leisure goal. But i did set up a schedule so that from now on i can meet my leisure goal every week. this week i have cleared up all of my time in the mornings before my class starts so i can start going to the rec by 8 a.m. This will allow me plenty of time throughout the week to meet my leisure goal everyday. i usually try to go at least twice a week, but that is no longer enough. when i find myself with extra time during the day, i usually sleep it away. but starting this week i will have a reason to be tired everyday. by trying to reach my leisure goal, i will not only be taking up time, but i will also be getting in shape and healthy. those are two important things i believe that everyone should be worried about. being healthy is a very important part of my life and with my leisure goal, i should be able to do that with no problem. i do not know how long i would like to stay in the rec while there though, maybe 45 mins to an hour. that should give me plenty of time to do everything i need to. i might even be able to go twice a day depending on what time i get off of work on certain days.
